By using ClockSlate, you agree to use the calculators as informational tools and to verify important results independently.

Estimates, not professional advice

ClockSlate results are estimates based on the values and options you enter. They are not payroll, accounting, tax, employment or legal advice and do not establish what any employer owes.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking entries, selected overtime rules, rounding settings and copied or exported results. Do not rely on a calculator result where an error could cause material loss without independent verification.

Availability

We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, automate abusive traffic or use ClockSlate for unlawful activity.
